My service commitment

Each person deserves to be heard and each person is valued on their own merit. Respect is a key ingredient to ensuring a positive experience when engaging a person for a private service. I hold to the truth and share my educated expertise to those who desire.

Guest Engagement

Salon Policies

  • Appointment reservations are available on a first come first serve basis. Once the date requested is booked, you will be placed on a waiting list for up to 24 hours prior to request date. If a cancelation occurs and the slot opens (providing there is enough time for your service) I will contact you directly.

  • Each guest recieves one on one services so the max bookings per day are limited to three (3)/four (4) reservations per day of operation (depending on the services booked).

  • Reservations that are not canceled within 48 hours prior to the service date will be charged a cancelation fee of 60% of the total service cost. Guest must request cancelations via email link initially sent with appointment confirmations or via text message. If card on file does not work when cancellation fee is charged, you will be banned from online booking until fee is assessed.

  • All appointment reservations must be made online and will require a major credit or debit card to hold. Your card will not be charged for services that do not require a deposit.

  • No-shows will incur a $150 “No-show” fee and may be banned from online booking until further notice.

  • Guest can request for days outside of normal operating hours. However, appointment reservations made for days outside of normal hours of operation will incur an additional fee of $75 (Including all holidays) and are not gaurenteed. Special holiday hours will be on the calendar in advance so all day/times available are within operating hours.

  • Guests and children are welcome to attend with you during your service. Seating is limited and I ask that you ensure you are able to monitor your child at all times. Children are not allowed to roam the facility during your service. I currently do not offer any child centric services for children under 10. Children under 13 require an adult present during services.

Braids & Weaves

  • Braid Services are suggested to be reserved on the weekends. Otherwise, braid services must be morning appointments. All Braid and Weave services require a 20% deposit. Guests are required to come with clean hair (shampoo’d within 24/48 hours of appointment) or schedule a shampoo/blow-dry service as an additional service.

  • Natural colors will be included with select braid services. If there is a desired color outside (1, 1B, 2, or 4) is requested, an additional charge of $50 will be added for color hair; I will order it and have it prepared for your appointment. Keep in mind you are welcome to bring your own hair, however, I cannot be responsible for quality of hair resulting in overall upkeep of hair after products and use of braiding products.

  • All guest are requested to provide a color inspiration picture. Color options will be sent to guests prior to ordering specific colors. If a color is not selected from the options provided, guests are then required to bring in the hair color they desire.
